Staff were great and obviously a wonderful location Evening meal was delightful and a lovely breakfast

The building is old and has creaky floorboards etc and smaller rooms to accommodate en suite bathrooms but adds to the character so for a one or two night stay its value for money. I would suggest though extending the breakfast hours beyond 9.30 and checkout time beyond 10 am to perhaps a more reasonable 11am especially at weekends

Picturesque Lovely village

Being a pub, and fine weather, it was a bit noisy when resting, but I think that’s unavoidable. The lady who greeted me was a bit charmless!
