The location was perfect and he breakfast delicious

An easy chair in the bedroom would have been nice

The breakfast had a sufficient amount of protein and cheese, as well as an assortment of fruit, yoghurts and breads, sweets to round out a balanced start to the day

Unfortunately, it was too hot outside to have the heat on. Which meant I had to open the windows to keep the temperature of the room comfortable. I feel bad given the high cost of energy here in Italy..

This is the 4th time I have stayed here. I would only choose this hotel for an Orta San Giulio stay. Everything about the hotel is top notch. You will not find a more charming, accommodating, lovely location with amazing views! Great breakfast! Owner will pick you up from the train station or meet you at the parking area to drive you to the hotel. Grazie mille, Massimo!

Every aspect of the property is elegant and lovely- our room with a balcony facing the lake, the breakfast room, the gardens and terraces. Breakfast was generous, delicious, great coffee, and many choices. Massimo picked us up at the train station and took us back there when it was time to leave. He gave us personal restaurant and sightseeing information, always talking with us in a warm and personable way.

There were absolutely no negatives.

Location, clean and quiet. Very comfortable. Massimo was helpful and clearly knew the area very well.

Not a lot! Could use a few rugs on the floor of the bedroom to make it comfortable at night.

Access to guest only courtyard and lakeside garden, deck and sunbathing area.

Room was located right next to the reception desk. Was fine but oddly placed. No public parking so need to park about a 10-15 minute walk away (up hill)

So comfortable. Very conveniently situated for both the lake and the nearby piazza. Incredibly helpful host. Immaculately maintained, a real gem
