The receptionist was not organised when I booked I ask the room next swimming pools when I arrived the lady told me that has many bookings she was all over I didn’t understand. And 09:30 she knock at my door shouting at me that the check out time is 10:00 and I knew ,when Iam out side she says to me you must leave the premises now I think it was 10:10 and I was preparing to leave that was not cool at all . She was supposed to come to me and tell me not shouting infront of other guests that was rude. I will never ever come back She needs more training she’s very bad
