I would like to formally raise a concern regarding the service and facilities experienced during my stay. The receptionist was highly unprofessional. She welcomed guests wearing sleepwear, displayed an unfriendly attitude, and appeared uninterested in assisting or serving guests. Additionally, the establishment had no water at all during our stay. There was no contingency or backup plan in place for the water shortage. Guests were forced to bathe using dirty buckets, which is completely unacceptable and far below basic hospitality standards. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect what one would reasonably expect from a hospitality establishment. I trust that management will treat this matter with seriousness and take corrective action to prevent a recurrence.

The state of the shower tiles was a turn off. Very old with stains. I only washed my face at the sink I was never gonna use that shower
