Our hosts Ken and Jean were lovely. When we got a puncture Jean even offered to drive us to RHS Rosemoor so we wouldn’t miss out. So kind and friendly. Lovely cup of tea and biscuits on arrival and fantastic breakfast. Room had comfy bed and en suite shower. Pretty room and surrounding garden.

Beautiful location, comfortable cosy room. Only stayed the one night whilst visiting RHS Garden but made to feel very welcome. Lovely breakfast and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend.

We needed an overnight stay in the vicinity: Kipps Farm fitted the bill. It is quiet, rural: there were ducks grazing in an adjacent field and wild rabbits apparent too. We were greeted with the offer of a cup of tea: which we accepted gratefully. We were shown our accommodation in an annexe adjacent to the house. It had everything we needed for an overnight. The breakfast was good and more than adequate. And the hosts were kind and interested in us.

Take heed that if you use the postcode, then the approach is along a dirt track full of potholes. If you are not on a tarmac road then you have got it wrong! Other than that which was our mistake not theirs, nothing to complain about.

The owners were so nice, even provided a pot of tea and biscuits on the terrace just after arrival. Very peaceful countryside setting. Lovely breakfast. Clean rooms.
