Use of the lounge, appliances and our own drinks without limitations really felt like home away from home

When we checked in there was a little misunderstanding with our room but got sorted out I guess cos it wasn't brought up the next day

Only location, really. We had to do some work in Durban, but this isn't their fault. We chose to stay there.
