Great shared area with infinity pool and views of the ocean and bay. Our room also had a great view, nice high ceilings and was very spacious and clean. The room has shutters but some smaller windows didn’t so in general was quite bright. Breakfast was fruit and whatever was being cooked which was always delicious. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Minor, one beach is walkable, but in general you’d want your own transport or take taxis which were readily available with numbers provided by the property.

A truly astonishing, paradisiacal place. The views, the peace, the breakfast, the pool, the sense of space around the building, all amazing. I would have my honeymoon here. The price I paid for such luxury was surprisingly low, but that might be because of my particular room...

I think room number 1 (for solo travellers) has less privacy than the others (for couples). My room (n.1) was adjacent to the common areas, and the walls only go up 8 feet (2.5m), leaving a large gap up to the roof. This is excellent for ventilation, light and a sense of tropical luxury. However, you can hear even quiet conversations by the pool, and I imagine vice versa. Smells of cooking or early morning cigarettes are wafted into the room by the ceiling fan. I now understand why they warned me twice not to bring anyone else or they would refuse entry to both of us and (??) offer a full refund. It is NOT a soundproofed honeymoon suite. I didn't see the other rooms and couldn't find any photos, but they are all set aside from the communal spaces, each with their own view over the sea. I imagine my reservations do not apply to those rooms at all. Also the designated wifi isn't strong enough to use in room 1, and the other networks were not available for guest use. But the place is not aimed at solo digital nomads. This is a space to disconnect from the outside world, and reconnect with your beloved. A new guest asked the breakfast table "How do you get down to the beach?" Three couples who had been there for several days looked at each other, shrugged and said "We don't know". ;-)

Tout ! La maison est extraordinaire, une vue exceptionnelle et la piscine est très agréable avec pied partout. Un petit dej extra avec découverte de spécialités mexicaines , un petit nombre de chambres et la possibilité de prendre ses repas dans la cuisine ouverte sur la piscine. À 10 mns à pied d’une plage pour se baigner dans soucis.

Rien. Garder juste un peu de force dans les mollets pour arpenter les marches à l’intérieur.

No air conditioning. This is not a hotel like stay. They don’t clean the rooms. You are sleeping with sheets. If you don’t like bugs this isn’t the place for you. lots of Stairs. And dogs on property. Barking dogs 4 am. Couldn’t sleep

The view and location are very good. The staff is friendly and very good breakfast.
