The Old Kiln House

Le calme, le bruit des oiseaux le matin, l’emplacement et la maison incroyables ! Bridget est une super hôte qui fait tout pour qu’on se sente bien et à la maison le temps d’un week-end. Le petit déjeuner anglais est excellent, la literie est un rêve.

Excellent choices at breakfast.

Nummy custom breakfasts in a lovely quiet corner of town. Bridget was easy to talk to and provided good suggestions for how to spend the day AND, almost as important, where to eat. She steered us to the Horseshoe down the road and it was so good (elevated pub food) that my husband wouldn't eat anywhere else!

I picked the smaller, ground floor room and so any uncomfortableness was my fault. But there are steps between the bed and the bathroom so we left a light on so as to not fall in the night. And the bed was a touch firm for us which led to some aches.

Warm welcome, delicious breakfast, comfortable room, lovely courtyard space near so many Cotswold beauty spots.

Everything was perfect, Bridget was so welcoming and friendly, the room was fabulous, very spacious and light and airy. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and piping hot and the location was excellent for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds 😎

Our second stay and every bit as good. It was lovely to return to somewhere where we knew what to expect. A lovely, quiet room and comfy beds. An excellent host. Amazing breakfast. Just what we needed for a couple of nights away. A great base for exploring the Cotswolds.
