It was very close to the bus. Had a separate little kitchen area that we did not use. It was clean and cozy.

The bedroom area was very small. Could barely walk around the bed.

We spent one night here after travelling over on the ferry. The location was great, not right in the city centre but super easy to reach by bus. They had a small selection of board games which was very appreciated after a day of mind melting travel and a nice way to unwind. The wifi was a godsend as my friend had been having issues with her data all day but thankfully we were able to sort it out before we left! This was no fault of the property but my confirmation said my card would be charged before we arrived but you only pay at the property, which wasn't an issue but I did embarass myself thinking I'd already paid 😭

There was no TV which I always like to have on just as a little background noise and you do share a front door with the people in the neighbouring apartment, we had no issues at all but I guess it depends on who else is staying there!

The area was very nice, close to a lake, bike rental (25 eur for 2 persons)and bus station (buses to Amsterdam work all day long until around midnight and they come very often) We biked to Monnickendam and Volendam which we 100% recommend while being around Amsterdam. Broeke in waterland is also worth biking around. We left our bikes in the front yard. The host was very nice

We had to cover the drain in the sink and shower as there was a bit of a smell coming from the sewage

Very convenient, quiet place in a charming village, just 10 km north of central Amsterdam. Very frequent public transportation, and most of all lovely and helpful hosts.

Good location to go to Amsterdam Noord, by bus or by car. It's very quiet despite being close to the main road. It's nice to be able to sit in the arm chairs and relax, reading or just talking over a coffee. The Japanese/French gourmet restaurant 50m from the BnB alone is worth going back there. Michelin star quality for an average restaurant price. We're actually considering doing that!

There's very little room to move around the bed, but I guess space is expensive around Amsterdam and therefore, by comparison, this is quite acceptable :) A curtain in front of the (transparent) door and window to keep the light out when one wants to sleep, would be nice, so you don't wake up at 5am in summertime.

Our host was great; friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious too. Free parking was nice in a nearby lot.

Lovely room, furnished with taste. We loved the little sitting room and the the eating area at the window. The bed is super comfortable! The outside space is great to sit and we could put our bikes. The restaurant next door is great!
