Staffing - Giulia was kind and explained everything. Sun light /view - room has clarity, sun light and you can see a beautiful landscape from the window Amenities - full length mirror, hair drier, writing table, mini shampoos and soap available Cleaning - place was clean and comfortable Parking - parking available and free of charge Value for money - good value for money considering what is offered. Breakfast - italian breakfast available for 5 euro p.p. breakfast was plentiful and delicious (but only sweet options) Location - 20min from lake Bracciano and 30min from Rome I would definitely stay here again!

Internet - internet was a bit instable at the room we were Breakfast - breakfast was plentiful with many options and truly delicious but mostly sweet (Italian standard) - having normal bread and cheese/cold cuts would be amazing.
