"Great gem in Monterroso"

Very nicely maintained, breakfast included as well as a parking space. Staff was very nice. We really enjoyed the stay.

The flies outside at breakfast were pesky. Nothing to do with the property, they were all over town once the sun came out. I suggest breakfast inside.

"Peaceful, kind, and relaxing stay."

B&B Le Giare was exceptional. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and generous. The property is stunning. Slightly farther away from the bustle, it was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace with a view of the olive trees and vineyards on the surrounding hills was a highlight. Luca was very gracious and offered several recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

"Ottimo! Great cosy, calm B&B with lovely staff and breakfast, 10min from train station"

Lovely staff, large cosy room, confortable bed, well-equipped bathroom, breakfast with fresh peeled fruits (so rare!) and very complete, lovely terrasse surrounded by trees to take the breakfast. From the beach, by taking the stairs it goes way faster than following the road so it took us around 12 min up and 10 min down from the B&B to the train station only. We strongly recommend this place!

The room was very large with a private balcony. Nadia was so amazing and helpful and the hotel arranged a free taxi to and from the train station. It’s a quick 10ish minute walk to town — if you’re not in good shape you will probably taxi home from the center of town since coming back involves walking up stairs. I was traveling solo and felt extremely safe. The breakfast was good and checkin and checkout was seamless. They will even store your bags for you if you are staying in town after checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place, it looks so much better than in the pictures! Very nice host and her father! Such pleasant people! Great full breakfast! It takes 8 minutes to reach the beach area, but it is mostly stairs - important to know! Free private parking! We really enjoyed staying at the place!

Everything was perfect!
