Palazzo de Carlo e il parco dei 7 pozzi

Quiet and not in a bustling city. The garden was a very nice place to sit and read. Francesca was the star of the place. She sparkles and made our stay so memorable with her personality and helpfulness. She put out a wonderful breakfast artistically arranged and varied! Our room was large and comfortable and had everything you would need: teapot, coffee cups, spoons , paper napkins and towels. The patio adjoining our room was nice too. Very modern bathroom and shower!

Pillows were way too hard for us so didn’t get good night’s sleep; and the church bells next door chime hour, half hour and three quarter. If you are a light sleeper , bring ear plugs. Building is still in renovation but is charming in its own way.

Magnifique emplacement Personnel adorable et aux petits soins Hotes adorables et disponibles. Elle nous a envoyé plein de très bons Tipps pour visiter la region et restaurants. Chambre très spacieuse dans un ancien palais. Très beau parc arboré. Tout le nécessaire dans la chambre. Frigo, machine à café … tres bonne literie.

Assez bruyant car chambre directement sur la rue ou beaucoup de voitures passent des tres tôt le matin. Les cloches de l’église sonnent aussi à partir de 6:30 et toutes les 15 min.

café da manha excelente, num ambiente agradável ao ar livre. meu quarto era muito espaçoso e confortável, muito bem, equipado com cozinha e acessórios. a localização e bucólica, num pequeno vilarejo.

o único problema são as igrejas perto da habitação que começam a tocar os sinos muito cedo

Wundervoller alter Palazzo im Zentrum von San Pietro in Lama, einige Suiten schon stilsicher und liebevoll hergerichtet. Andere Suiten sind noch „in lavoro“ und wir sind uns sicher, dass sie genauso wunderschön werden, wie die bereits fertig gestellten. Wir haben uns sofort in den Palazzo verliebt und super wohl gefühlt. Gefreut haben wir uns auch über eine zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterrasse nach hinten raus mit Blick auf einen kleinen Pinienwald. Schöne geräumige Zimmer und ein modernes Bad. Herrlicher Frühstücksplatz im schönen Garten des Hauses gelegen - reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet von der immer gut gelaunten und fröhlichen Francesca. Das Eigentümerehepaar Antonella und ihr Ehemann sind, wie auch das gesamte Personal, sehr freundlich, professionell, empathisch, hilfsbereit und zugewandt; wir haben viele tolle Tips für Restaurants, Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten bekommen - insgesamt ein für uns wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Parkplätze zudem kostenlos und problemlos direkt vor der Tür oder in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Palazzo. Besser geht nicht!

O Local é surpreendente. Um construçao muito preservada. Confortável e bonita! Antonella e Francesca são muito gentis e atenciosas, gostamos muito dessa hospedagem.

El trato excepcional de todo el personal, te hacen sentir cómodo y resuelven cualquier duda al momento. El sitio es precioso, la atención de Francesca un lujo, siempre con una sonrisa.

Palazzo en rénovation dont les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. L'accueil est sympathique et la personne qui gère le petit-déjeuner est chaleureuse. Très grand et beau jardin intérieur.

La salle du petit-déjeuner n'est pas du tout rénovée et c'est limite au vu du prix demandé comparé à d'autres établissements. Mais ce doit être charmant l'été en terrasse.
