Palazzo de Carlo e il parco dei 7 pozzi

Très beau parc mais l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation et n'est pas encore en état de recevoir des clients dans de bonnes conditions

O Local fica em uma cidadezinha a 10 minutos de Lecce, uma propriedade antiga que está sendo restaurada. O lugar é muito charmoso e eles possuem um quintal muito bonito!

Por ainda estar em reforma alguns espaços ainda estão sendo improvisados como o café da manha.

Venlige og informative værter. Francesca lavede et fremragende morgenbord. Vi nød desuden den dejlige have og tagterrassen.

We loved that this property was part of Antonella's family, and appreciate the 10 years of work that has gone in to bringing it back to life. Antonella, Sergio and Francesca at breakfast were so warm and engaging and really added to our visit. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were charmed by the location, across from the church and Dolce Vita Club--both of which we entered! The location in San Pietro in Lama was super convenient for exploring the towns of Southern Salento by car.

Not a big deal, but we couldn't find an available parking spot at the palazzo or church one of the three nights. We can only imagine how gracious the place will be as renovations continue. The parc space was amazing -- a little sweeping and more lighting would go a long way in making it more inviting.

Een echt pareltje, deze B&B. De vriendelijke ontvangst, de ruime suite, het voortteffelijke ontbijt buiten in de prachtige tuin en een leuke en behulpzame dame die het ontbijtverzorgt.

Absoluut geen klachten.

Merveilleux hébergement, site magnifique, bien entretenu. Accueil remarquable par les propriétaires. Et bon petit déjeuner admirablement bien servi par l adorable Franchesca, toujours au petits soins.

Las instalaciones bellísimas, entre la naturaleza , el confort de la habitación, la atención del personal y sus dueños y sobre todo francesca colocan al palazo de Carlos como una estadía anolvidable

Il palazzo storico con un ampio parco è situato in una posizione strategica molto vicina al centro di Lecce ed alle strade statali che ti collegano in poco tempo a tutti i luoghi meravigliosi del Salento . I proprietari sono molto gentili e accoglienti molto disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta . Nel parco è situato lo spazio per la colazione gestito dalla signora Francesca sempre sorridente e gioviale, contribuisce con il suo buon umore ad un buon inizio giornata , chiacchierando con lei si possono ricevere consigli su luoghi meno conosciuti .
