Palazzo de Carlo e il parco dei 7 pozzi

Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Le lieu est insolite et a un certain potentiel. Le lieu est propre.

La chambre familiale comprend un canapé lit vraiment inconfortable. L’église est en face et sonne tous les quarts d’heure à partir de 7 heures du matin, le chambre y faisant face n’étant bien isolée. Pas de moyen d’occulter la lumière (store vénitien cassé et translucide) dans la salle où il y a le canapé lit. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. Les croissants ne sont pas frais, pas de pain frais.

La struttura è davvero molto bella e curata. Apri un vecchio portone e MAGIA, ti ritrovi in un bellissimo palazzo con un parco immenso. Parcheggio comodo e sempre disponibile. La posizione, centrale, consente di visitare tutti i versanti del Salento, stando fuori dalla confusione. La colazione è ricca e varia, con il valore aggiunto dei prodotti locali. La camera è spaziosa. Vengono messi a disposizione degli ospiti ombrelloni, lettini, sdraio per la spiaggia libera. C’è una terrazza dove asciugare l’occorrente per il mare. Noi siamo stati comodamente una settimana e abbiamo girato ogni giorno.

Una cosa sola…”le campane”. Troppo presto e troppo spesso. Da chiedere di modificare gli orari e la frequenza.

We had a great stay in st Pietro in Lama. The hospitality from Antonella was great. She always responded quickly and had some great tips. We had a very spacious appartment. We had a lot of privacy which was perfect because we have two little children. And last but not least the garden. Perfect to get the right “zen” vacation mood. We will recommend this stay to everyone. The village it’s like a movie scene, some real Italian vibes!

When you book this stay, you have to know that you are situated in San Pietro in Lama, just 12 minutes away from Lecce by car.

I had the pleasure of staying in this extraordinary historic residence, where every detail evokes the charm of a bygone era. From the moment you enter, you feel transported back in time. The room was exceptionally spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with elegant period details. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the breakfast, abundant, delicious and of high-quality local ingredients. The garden, with its beauty, felt like a scene from a fairytale, perfectly in harmony with the historic soul of the property. Heartfelt thanks to the owners for their warm and gracious hospitality.

Great breakfast and service

The palazzo and especially the garden have a special vibe. The hosts were very welcoming and their renovation project really showed great taste and interest for the comfort of guests. The breakfast was also very good.

Everything was excellent but if i were to mention one area of improvement it would be the phonic isolation.

We adored the palazzo. Beautiful and sympathetically renovated huge rooms within an old, partly-renovated palazzo. The old un-renovated sections add to the atmosphere and the huge garden is stunning and unexpected. Good breakfast - would love to have visited no the warmer months when breakfast is served in the garden. Great location in centre of small town within a short drive of Lecce and perfect for exploring Salanto. Owners were welcoming and very helpful.

Nothing at all, it surpassed our expectations.

This apartment was fantastic, it was a family home full of history and character, there was a large garden space beautifully lit at night as was all the areas, some areas still had a lot of the original features that made it a very special place to stay, hosts were very and accommodating
