The hotel is in beautiful surroundings with lovely spacious rooms, super continental French breakfast. The location is far from city of Tours, needing a car to get there or relying on bus with irregular schedules. Then it’s 20 min walk to access bus or train. Has an easy walk to local town of Montlouis sur loire

A place that was so comfortable and our hosts James and Celine were very friendly and hospitable. Our room was gorgeous with all the amenities breakfast included had homemade yogurt fruit jams meat and cheese and bread and cakes. Wonderful. Highly recommend

Séjour très agréable au Clos du Roc. Bien situé près de Tours, de Chenonceau et d'Ambroise. La propriété est magnifique, les propriétaires sympathiques et le petit-déjeuner très bons. Nous sommes Québécois et c'était notre premier séjour dans la région Centre-Val-de-Loire et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

We had a fantastic stay here. The chateau and gardens are beautiful, James & Cecile are gracious hosts, and the location is very convenient for wine and chateau visits.

Lovely property, attentive hosts, everything exceeded expectations. Large room and bathroom suite, nicely furnished. Very accommodating of my food allergy. Highly recommend.

Le Clos du Roc is a wonderful escape from the typical busy vacation accommodation. We had an amazing visit and the couple who are the owners & hosts are lovely! We definitely look forward to another visit and strongly recommend a visit in the Tours or Montlouis area.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The owners are great, he is a chef and so is his wife. Couldnt ask for nicer people or better food!
