Everything was perfect and very well thought out. The hospitality of the owners was far better than that of a 5-star hotel and we are very thankful for all good moments they made for us. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality. The location is part of heaven, and the rooms are spacious with unbeatable mountain panorama view. We will come back soon :-)

Katrien and Patrick are wonderful hosts. They care about all the details. The house is amazing and brekfast is fantastic! Great view of the mountains. Near Caminitos del Rei, Málaga and the beautiful ancient village of Antequera. We really would like to come back!

Everything Katrien and Patrick are EXCELLENT hosts.From the moment that you arrive you feel welcome. Patrick insists on taking your bags,while Katrien brings you on a tour of the property. Very hospitable hosts, beautiful property, lovely food, amazing mountain views, giant room. 22 minutes drive from Caminito Del Rey. Everything great for our stay and for visiting Antequera and El Torcal too.

We like everything about our stay at La Sorpresa. The location was easy to find. Apple Maps took us straight to it. It's a little off the beaten track but that added to it's charm, exclusivity and quietness. The room was spacious and delightfully decorated and furnished with a very comfy king sized bed and large en suite. The room we booked had spectacular views of Valle de Abdalajis. The pool area is well equipped and a great place to relax. Our hosts, Katrien and Patrick were exceptional in every way. They were so welcoming and helpful. Katrien's knowledge of the area, local towns, restaurants, sights, parking tips, etc. was invaluable.

Compared with all the other places we have stayed, there is nothing we didn't like.
