location was excellent, great walkability to shops and restaurants. we were fortunate to be able to park in one of the limited assigned spaces for the facility. room was clean and bathroom fine.

common areas very limited and dated with somewhat dingy, dated carpeting, and nowhere particularly comfortable outside of the room.

Pleasant staff, clean room. Nice breakfast.

Room floor unlevel , slanting bed and very creaky floorboards but building is 300yrs old i guess. Parking was an issue - so had to pay extra at nearby car park.

Car park not really explained properly, where to park. Signage not clear. Flight of stairs, tread not wide enough, to put your foot on, due to building being over 300 years old.shower cubicle, very small.No handrail.

The staff at all levels from day one were fantastic, , breakfast was excellent. The location for our plans was spot on, and the village and it's occupants were very welcoming

The room was in a run down state and in serious need of a refresh . I found the bed comfy but our sash window didn't close fully so got an early morning call from binmen and delivery lorries
