"Terrible,cold room,dirty,poor customer service,used bin bags.Keep away from this place!"

Customer service terrible.they just pass the keys without any information about place,room etc.The room was cold ,heating through cold night was switched off.Dirty ,no fresh rubbish bag in the bin,bed very uncomfortable I felt all spring on my back.I do no recommend this place even for a dog.

It was very clean and the staff were the friendliest staff ever. Also the breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked

On bus route 131 into Kingston town centre. Good breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff

Shower was grubby and couldn't get temperature right.

The breakfast was excellent and value for money for the cost of our stay. The rooms were clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would recommend anyone who is needing accommodation in this location.

Lovely bnb in new malden, always stay here nice rooms with hot shower,huge breakfast and beds are very comfortable, highly recommended

"Wasn't expecting much but the tiny bed and dirty shower were disappointing. Also"

Shower had good pressure and comfy pillows.

Room 7 The bed was very narrow. 4ft. Not suitable for 2 people. Breakfast served 7-8am was too early so we didn't eat. Bathroom wasn't clean. Poo stain on the toilet roll from previous use, pubic hair on the floor towel, old soap in the shower, stains in the toilet u bend.
