Freindly staff

I booked 2 rooms for me and 2 others and they just gave us 2 rooms with smaller than a double bed. There was a funny smell and like a generator noice till late at night the breakfast room was abit odd never stayed anywhere like this before

Welcoming staff and communication.

Too welcoming for my comfort. Don't appreciate a staff memeber arrogantly opening my door at 9 am to ask me if I needed anything. Stupid gets you killed in London.

Although I booked a double ensuite, I was guided to a room with three single beds, one of which was extremely small and only fit for a child. It was though exceptionally clean, with the carpet and furnishings in good order and with a fully equipped bathroom, albeit the sink was very small. The mattress on the bed I chose to sleep in was not the thickest, but was comfortable enough for a good nights sleep. The gentleman who welcomed me and checked me in was exceptionally friendly both then and at breakfast in the morning; which breakfast was hot, tasty and filling.

I have compromised mobility so the top floor room was not ideal.
