"Lovely stay"

We loved this place! I would definitely return to spend more days. We only stayed one night and walked the three peak challenge the next day. We were right on the path! It's very cute, comfortable and well decorated, it has everything you might need, nice little touches.

Perfect location. Immaculate house. Host a bit pre occupied. Perfect bed and shower facilities. Breakfast was exceptional and thoughtful

Windows didn’t open. TV remote and TV worn out, too old, couldn’t change channel. Not real problems to affect my stay but relevant.

Great location for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks! I had an early start but there was food in the pod (cereals, milk, yoghurt, pastries, bread/butter/jam) plus tea, coffee and fruit juices. Great start to the day.

Rooms were really spacious and well presented. Perfect location for the 3 peaks, literally walk out the door and start.

"Fabulous stay, highly recommended."

Fabulous location for completing Three Peaks Challenge. Excellent value for money. The room had everything we needed, including very comfortable beds, breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice, even when we had a 5.30am start. Would definitely recommend.
