On the Via Francigena route

Outdoor space located in countryside on Via Francigena and Eurovelo cycle routes, quiet, spacious clean rooms.

Note there are no shops or restaurants nearby. We brought food and cooked in a small semi-outdoor space eith a hob. There's also a barbecue.

Not close to any restaurants or shops, but the hosts were marvelous and drove us to a local bar to buy some food.

This is a lovely place to stay - big apartment and great hosts. It is isolated so dinner etc is not near. We were walking the Via Francigena and the host drove us to a nearby gas/petrol station where you could by wine (very good wine actually) and basic stuff...sandwiches, chips etc.... for the one night it was fun, sat in their lovely garden and had wine, chips and sandwiches...

Everything! Wonderful hosts, beautiful apartment, tranquil setting!

I loved that this beautiful place out in the country. It was so peaceful in the times that we were there. Each morning we would take a few steps to the kitchen and have morning cappucinos and a full breakfast. The hosts were more than kind with our meager attempts to communicate. Our place had two rooms and a bath. Lovely decor and seemingly brand new. We were spoiled by the hostess making our bed and cleaning our place daily. We loved visiting the small hill towns that weren't overrun with tourists. I highly recommend this lovely place to stay.

Me and my wife stayed for 6 nights in January: our experience has been fantastic. The house is in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature. The position is great as it allows you to visit 3 different regions: Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano..), Lazio ("Parco dei Mostri" in Bomarzo) and Umbria (Orvieto). The family is very nice and attentive to every need of their guests since the very first moment after booking (Samuele is responsive on whatsapp; he has been very helpful multiple times answering to our questions). The room is very nice and comfortable, with everything that you need. Breakfast is also very good! To sum it up: lovely staying, at a lovely family, in a wonderful region! We will strive to come back in the future!
