Everything was perfect! From having space in the room to having the perfect water pressure. Hot water. Well equipped kitchen. Clean room. Perfect location. Amazing staff. The owner is exceptionally amazing. Great recommendations and also sorted us with some tour options. Would stay here if I come back again. Wifi is 10/10. Drinking water provided. Great bed. Overall it was a fantastic stay

no good service for cleanless and is very bad not to change sheets for a New guest, they dont clean every day the room

In a month travelling in Mexico this one has been x sure the best place I been... The decorations, the common kitchen,the terrace... Everything was just amazing... Dario the owner has been absolutely fantastic... Ask him whatever you wanna know and he will be more than happy to guide you...

Kaza Muta is in a great location, in the centre of San Cristobal. My room was very comfortable, located on the roof with great views and with the roof terrace in front. Although Darío isn't onsite all the time he was very easy to contact by Wattsapp, gave great advice about the city and was very kind. I can definitely recommend a stay here.

The owners are very hospitable, speak great English, and have lots of great recommendations. it was a super clean and relaxed place. great vibe, rooftop views, great part of town, very close to everything.

Nothing really, everything was good, but it would have been great if there was a comfortable chillout area on the roof terrace.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Room was stylish and the bed was huge and comfortable. The kitchen and cooking facilities were very useful and well resourced. The balconies were really nice and the main lobby was comfortable and inviting. The location was excellent with beautiful cafes, bars and shops at touching distance.
