Food could be made better.

Location.

Standards of hygiene both the bathroom and common areas were not up to expectation for the price. The housekeeping was poor and the drawers in the wardrobe lined with newspaper.I saw a rat in the garden whilst sitting on the porch on my first evening- 2 January 2026. There was no measures taking in the common areas to prevent mosquitoes and I was bitten badly whilst eating in the dining area. I had used the laundry service during my stay which was dried on a screen in the dining area some of the time. The washing and pressing was done to poor standard and I it was agreed I pay 50% only.

They gave 2 single mattresses on a double bed. Was a bit of chaos because of that

The breakfast was made to order every morning (by Biplab and Ajay) - the choice was extensive with fruit, idli, dosa in addition to fruit juice snd/or tea (masala or normal)

Nothing - the location was excellent, in a suburban street, away from the main road. In addition to breakfast, daily meals are available inhouse (at an additional cost). Alternatively, there are a number of restaurants within walking distance to suit all tastes and budgets, and if you wish to venture further a couple of shopping malls and markets are to be found. You only have a short walk (corner of Anderson Rd and College Ln) in order to hail an "auto" rickshaw.
