"Good experience better than staying in hotels which are too noisy."

Friendly Staff very helpful, reasonably clean place compared to others I think, very quiet area, great location, great fresh breakfast served

I wouldnt stay if the place is booked for other Indian customers. Prefer stayn with foreigners. Kitchen requires filter connection to tap where kitchen sink is, bedroom needs to be ventilated before customer arrives (leave windows open, write and keep wifi details in the bedroom, instructions how to on the hot water geyser, security guard should also be working night shift, kitchen draws dirty (place newspaper in draws and keep cutlery), good lounge cushions needed, not sure if its bar fridge or freezer in room. All the food i kept in bar fridge became hard like ice. Needs fridge NOT freezer in bedrooms. Indian customers staying there too loud and noisy and young men half naked. I will make sure if I have to stay next time, there aint Indians staying when I am staying at Hannu Reddy.

Posh and quite locality

The managers (especially the brothers from Odisha) are totally ignorant about Indian laws. They were insisting that I should pay GST. As I don't want to waste your time, let me be short and sweet. Foreigners need not pay GST. You should make an EXPORT invoice in a foreign currency. The EXPORT invoice will not have GST. As foreigners pay thro' credit card, paying the invoice amount in a foreign currency is not relevant to them. GST collected by you has to be paid to the Govt. of India. If you don't collect GST, you don't need to pay to the Govt of India. GST is not your revenue. This basic knowledge is missing in your managers. They are just stupid. The guy in Wallace gardens is saying (over phone) that he has been doing that for the past 15 years. It's impossible. GST Act came to India only in 2017. Again, (since 2017), you might have charged GST to foreigners and they must have paid. Because, foreigners don't know the GST Act in India. Moreover, the GST amount in Indian Rupees is not a big amount in their currency (say US$). Even if they knew Indian GST ACt, they just have no time to argue with your ignorant managers. For me too, the GST in Indian Rupees was not a big amount. But as an educated person, I wouldn't like to pay even a penny, if I don't need to pay. I am proud to say that I am an educated person. I had a hard time talking to your uneducated Managers. They were not evern willing to learn. NOT TO KNOW IS BAD, BUT NOT TO LEARN IS WORSE.
