Very beautiful room (and whole building) that gives you a feeling that you are back in medieval times. Very clean. Great view from the rooftop. The owners are very kind and helpful. They can also arrange tours and airport transfer for you. Good location close to the clock tower, blue city, and the fort.

Small improvement point: breakfast should be served a little bit earlier.

Stunning place, great rooms, very clean, friendly staff.

The vibe and the location which was right below Mehrangarh fort. It offers good views of the blue city. The staff is helpful and most importantly the bathrooms are very clean! So thumbs up for that

The breakfast was amazing. I liked the rooftop very much and the hosts too were very comforting and hospitable. The building is very beautifully recreated and well decorated. The lighting at night gives it even a little more great touch.

Sympathetic redesign of the building for lodging.

Although the noise levels outside are out of anyone's control, a double leaf door facing the street in the standard room is very inadequate - being constantly disturbed by people coughing, shuffling on the street kept my parents awake all night. The single glazed windows are just not good enough for keeping the noise out even on the first floor. We could not wait to leave after two nights of poor sleep, late breakfasts, and the littered streets on approach. Unfortunately noise travels internally as well; historically accurate internal doors and windows are not par for 'paying' residents. While again no fault of theirs, the chatting among the staff who sleep at the entrance of the building can be heard very well on the first floor rooms. The charges are a bit cheeky, 2 bananas for Rs 30. Refillable bath and shower gel containers are great for sustainability but not if they have solidified. Both rooms had the same issue. Discrepancy with credit/debit card charges as against noted on booking.com page. Never have had to pay charges for paying by debit card anyway where else in India, except here. All in all, for the price point, this falls way below expectation.
