Very pleasant room. Separate bathroom a little annoying.

We had a fantastic stay! This centrally located gem is just steps away from Teatro Massimo. The property’s design is absolutely stunning. From the entrance onward, everything was stylish and beautiful. As a designer, I was so impressed! every corner, every detail were thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was not only beautifully presented but also delicious. Valeria, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing our breakfast the day before we left, as we had an early flight. If we could, we would rate this B&B higher than 10/10! Definitely will be back!

Everything is perfect!

Beautifully decorated, really comfy and spacious room. Very attentive host, the most beautifully prepared and delicious breakfast. Amazing location - right in the centre of Palermo.

There was scaffolding on the entirety of the outside of the building which meant we couldn’t really use our balcony due to the dust outside and obscured view. But this was not the B&B’s fault - it was covering the entire building. We were there only for one night anyway so it didn’t really matter in the end.

Beautifully decorated room in a perfect location there is no better place to stay in Palermo.

The owner never showed up. When we went there were no keys to the room and searching we found a girl who finally opened it for us. Breakfast very average to bad very little quantity and every day the same.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Large, very clean bathroom. Valeria was a super host - very helpful and friendly. The building was central and close to all amenities and sites. Very close to good restaurants and lively piazze. It was a shame we couldn't stay longer!

All the decoration of the appartment, the host was super helpful, breakfast was incredible. Really recommend, as it’s a big place and really well located.

There was a little humid odour in the room.

Perfect location and quiet despite being right in the centre. Lovely room, great shower. Nice breakfast. Valeria, the owner is so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Great to have air conditioning in the bedroom.

Really more an airbnb than a traditional B&B in that a member of staff,Miriam,is only present to cook breakfast and the property is unstaffed apart from that so no daily cleaning of room or fresh towels on our 2 night stay or anyone to speak to about anything.The location near the opera house is good,but about 15 minute walk to the historic centre.The furnishings are nice albeit more style over substance perhaps in that some things are there that perhaps have no function while something useful like a wardrobe is missing.The room was very clean.The bathroom a good size and toiletries and towels nice.

The owner gives you a code to let yourself into the building and then you go to the 5th floor in a small cage lift that seems quite rickety and you then use another code to enter the apartment and then find your room with a key in the lock and there's no staff present until the next morning when Miriam cooks breakfast ,which breakfast is adequate,ours was the savoury option so scrambled eggs,cold meats,toast, preservatives and fruit.Breakfast is at a communal table so if there are other guests you find yourself about an arms length away and it can be awkward to make small talk with strangers especially at that time of the day.The front of the building is covered by scaffolding and a net so the city view is obscured and the balcony in our room was small and half taken up by an A/C unit and some balustrades are crumbling so not very confidence building to stand on(too small to sit on) and workmen come wandering past the room including the bathroom so curtains have to be pulled thereby defeating the 'view' even more.The Booking.com description refers to room service which can only be for breakfast but this was not offered and as for the paid airport shuttle that amounted to the owner arranging for a taxi to pick us up and we paid the driver,useful but the reference to a paid airport 'shuttle' is somewhat misleading.I wasn't aware when booking that this was more an airbnb than a normal B&B so I expected the room to be cleaned,towels replaced if required and the usual facilities of a normal B&B.I also think guests with mobility problems need to be warned there are steps to negotiate to access the lift and access the apartment and in the apartment.I don't wish to be negative as the owner was very helpful in her texts but I've tried to give a review that describes more precisely what is involved than the description on Booking.
