Gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host. Pulizia della struttura.

Il prezzo indicato su booking non includeva né la tassa di soggiorno (e questo capita spesso), né l'Iva, e questo è un po' meno usuale. Preferisco avere se possibile il prezzo "all in" e devo dire che con le strutture all'estero i prezzi indicati sono più chiari e trasparenti.

ci siamo trovati benissimo. l'hotel è molto comodo per raggiungere Firenze e avete anche un ristorante sotto l'albergo in cui si mangia benissimo. se ci sarà modo torneremo volentieri
