Very nice spacious room and bathroom.

Power to building door went down for over a day. key to manual lock didnt open cylinder. Guests were not able to enter facility until a resident would open the larger doors with their cell phone code. Wifi name and password I was given were outdated.

Prix et situation géographique parfaits. Terrasse très agréable.

Chambre correcte mais il y a quelques défauts comme le lit qui n'est pas très confortable et manque d'oreillers, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas d'accueil et demande de jeter les poubelles un peu dérangeante.

El lugar era central y estaba limpio, tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía.

Nos cobraron 20 euros por un check in tardío, lo que no aparecía explícitas en ningún lugar al momento de hacer la reserva. La persona que nos atendió no hablaba bien inglés. El proceso podría haber sido con links para el pago de los impuestos de la ciudad, porque fue lo que el realizo y nos podrían haber dejado las llaves una caja con clave.

The location is nice, the renovation is great, amazing insulation - the property is on a very noisy street and the owners have done an amazing job making the windows soundproof.

Where do I start... firstly, finding the place is tricky - just a doorbell in a huge building in a crowded area. Then - you need to tell the reception via WhatsApp the exact time you arrive. You will be greeted by a not friendly Italian and the first thing he will do is ask to pay the city tax. In my case, I booked two rooms - for me and for my colleague and he was angry with me that I can't greet and provide keys to my colleague - as if it was my job to check someone in! My colleague got a room with a "private external bathroom" - something I've never experienced. The room door shuts itself - so if you are not careful enough when using your "private external bathroom" - you're stuck. And if you don't have your phone... luckily, the cleaning lady was inside and helped out. Overall, the doors that shut automatically with no reception is an awful idea. Moreover, the property had renovation few stories above and it was extremely noisy during the day. The "host" was extremely unhelpful. No help carrying the luggage. Blaming me for not being able to check in my colleague. Despite informing of his check-in time, he had to wait for an hour! And the first thing he was asked was cash for the city tax!!! Another thing - the rooms have lots of sharp corners, everywhere. They don't provide a second room key card - so if you're staying with a partner and one of you wants to rest, and the other one wants to go for a walk, there's no way. And, if you forget to take the key card from the room... I guess you need to sleep elsewhere. No information about the wifi in the room or the corridors. You have to get it via WhatsApp...

Posizione comoda per vedere la città e per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, anche dall’aereoporto. Camere rinnovate e moderne. Con le finestre chiuse non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore anche se era weekend.

Il pagamento di una somma non indifferente per check in dopo un certo orario. Il fatto che non si potevano lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, il fatto che non abbiamo mai visto nessuno del personale. Il fatto che vengono date indicazioni su come smaltire i rifiuti a carico dei clienti.
