Posizione comoda per vedere la città e per spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici, anche dall’aereoporto. Camere rinnovate e moderne. Con le finestre chiuse non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore anche se era weekend.

Il pagamento di una somma non indifferente per check in dopo un certo orario. Il fatto che non si potevano lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, il fatto che non abbiamo mai visto nessuno del personale. Il fatto che vengono date indicazioni su come smaltire i rifiuti a carico dei clienti.

Servizio pessimo !!!! assistenze al cliente pessima!!! Una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia mai avuto. Se viaggiate per lavoro, valutate bene! Io e miei colleghi abbiamo pagato marche da bollo per ricevute di pagamento che non abbiamo mai ricevuto! Il persone non risponde alla chat booking, nè a quelle via mail. Un pò deluso anche dal personale booking che non è riuscito a fare nulla....

The apartment is located near the central points of the city: the train station, the city center and public transport stops. Although it was in the busy area of Palermo, we didn't hear any noise from the street or nearby rooms. The room was beautiful and cosy. When you closed the window blinds there was complete darkness so we slept very well every night. It was also clean, we were given many towels and toiletries. The air conditioning worked very well. Contact with the host was on point, the lady that welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful and offered to give us recommendations where to eat in the city and what to see.

There was no place to make yourself some coffee or tea, even in the common area. Also, it was a little weird for us that we had to take out the trash by ourselves. It was recommended to separate the waste but we were given only one bin.

Struttura moderna e caratteristica, aveva quasi tutti i comfort ed era centrale ma è sia un pro che un contro, poiché se si ha l’auto non è possibile circolare sempre, a meno chè non si faccia un permesso per la ZTL al costo di 5€ al giorno. Nonostante ciò ci siamo trovati benissimo. La fermata del bus è proprio sotto casa.

Il bagno non era dotato di finestre ed emanava una puzza assurda, il frigobar funzionava ma non raffreddava per niente.

Ottima posizione

Pessima pulizia, asciugamani macchiati e lenzuola al limite del passabile, tendina della doccia non ne parliamo e muro tutto macchiato. Le chiavi che fanno fatica ad aprire tutte le serrature, nonostante la struttura avesse informato che avremmo avuto chiavi magnetiche (cosa poi non verificatasi) Staff inesistente. Pretendono che tu porti via la spazzatura al check-in (cosa non specificata nella descrizione della struttura), peccato che è previsto un calendario dei giorni di raccolta della diversa spazzatura (plastica vetro, ....) e ovviamente per chi soggiorna meno di una settimana è impossibile effettuare tale incombenza (che comunque rimane inaccettabile dover fare da soli, neanche in affitto negli appartamenti chiedono cose del genere).
