Panurban Rooms by Wonderful Italy

Gianni (our host) was great. and it was very transparent about check-in and -out rules. The location was amazing and even though it was on the big main road, you couldn‘t hear the street in our room at all. The bedroom was really homily and comfy :) P.s. the AC was amazing and super easy to use

Sadly, the quality of the bathroom wasn’t that good.. the shower didn’t work properly, all of the supplies were kind of broken and everytime you took a shower the whole floor was covered in water.. also you could hear the people in the other rooms very loudly which was a bit annoying :/

Location is great, Via Roma view, self check in, clean.

No hot water for most of my stay, due to some works being done at the time (not the host's fault), but a nuisance.

Location is impeccable if you want to be within a stones throw of all the best restaurants/bars and architecture. Check in was seamless and we were escorted in by a host. Room was spacious,.comfortable and clean. Loved our stay here.

Very central location, close to the Old part and to transport

We stayed in the room with the external bathroom - which was just across the hall and very nice and modern - our only issue was the key access was an old fashioned key - would have been a lot easier if it was a card access key

Email sent 48hr prior to arrival at 14 hrs (checking is 2 pm to 9 pm )arrived on time at the premises ,waited 1hr and 1/2 outside sent 5 messages with no response. With the Help of Sergio on the 3rd floor @ MS suite he was able to contact an employee at Panurban . Waited 15 min the housekeeper arrived.Room #3 no washroom in the room , 3 days no room service no towels and no one in the premises. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend PANURBAN
