Panurban Rooms by Wonderful Italy

The location was perfect, close to the central station and all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable, with a nice little balcony to enjoy morning coffee. The A/C worked well, and the TV had Netflix, which was a nice touch. Despite being near a busy street, once the window was closed, it was surprisingly quiet. The host was very responsive and even suggested great activities and restaurants to check out, which really added to the experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

We stayed in a room with a private but separate bathroom, and it was a bit inconvenient to have to lock and unlock it using the room keys. A lock system inside the bathroom would have been much more practical. The room itself was well isolated from outside noise, but unfortunately, not from the sounds coming from other rooms. We were woken up a couple of times by people arriving late or leaving early.

Despite tea bags and kettle there were only espresso cups, no cups or mugs There was a microwave but no options to be able to use this as no plates or cutlery

Location was excellent, very centrally located within walking distance of most sites. The room was clean and there was a lift.

Checking in was very poor. We were emailed asking for documents and to pay tax, both of which we did in advance. We were advised that the code would be sent on our day of arrival and a staff member would meet us at the accommodation at the time of arrival we specified. Neither of these happened. We only accessed the hotel thanks to a fellow traveller and finally were sent our room number. A message sent asking a question was never answered. All in all, it was very disappointing.

The location is within the historical centre, close to everything. We were close to sights, Cafés and restaurants, and markets.

The room was relatively clean but the shower and especially the bedroom walls were really dirty. All four walls were dirty and the one beside the bed was the worst. Moreover, there was never anyone at any point at the reception which struck as strange

Access issues. After smooth arrival we had issues both entering and exiting the building. Despite contacting the vendor (and receiving no assistance whatsoever), we had to make do with accessing the building as others were leaving or entering. Also, the bathroom was not re-stocked for a 4 day stay and we had to purchase externally.
