Location is great for exploring a short walk will take you most places you want to go or Metro is very close if you want to go further

"Fantsatic place for a visit to Palermo"

The guesthouse is located in the verye, very center of Palermo. This means it is a bit noisy, but personally I love this. Close to my conference venue, close to many restaurants and bars. The place itself has all one needs. One can make coffee and tea and sanwich bars are on the opposite side of the street. One person rook care of the place and I absolutely adore her. A fantastic and competent girl. I would love to go there again.

Lovely room clean comfortable well located. Everything about the room visually perfect and the staff member that greeted me was great, very accommodating and helpful.

We booked the Panurban because it had an elevator because my husband is ill but the elevator was only being installed and never worked and it is up a lot of stairs and we struggled to get our cases up even although the young lady from reception helped us on the way up we really struggled on the way down as nobody was around. Cold shower if you ran it for a really really long time it got hot for a short while then one person could shower then it went freezing again. Then if you ran and ran it again it never got hot so only 1 person could shower per day. Towels were only replaced once and the bed was only made one and water was only replaced once and there was no staff around to ask for more.

Nice location, clean, exellent host, easy check in and out. Very good espresso machine! I would stay again there

The hot water is not stabile, probably because of the flow.

"Central stay in Palermo"

The decor was very uplifting and modern. The room was big and comfortable. The location was perfect to walk to all the main sites.

Parking was very difficult and stressful. Our one bathroom wall had some mould.
