Location fantastic. Minutes to everything! Building very cool, shared areas amazing. Very clean, nicely decorated. Well insulated to traffic noise. Nice balcony.

Bed too small Bathroom opposite room via public hall - only on one room, my fault as I didn't realise when booking. Shower heads broken so not great showers, definitely needed in the heat and should be replaced. Shame as let down a great bathroom. None of the keys fitted the safe. No onsight support.

The location's is excellent,it is located directly in the heart of Palermo. Located near all the street food locations. A ten minute walk to the cathedral. Accessible by car.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Location is perfect to sightseeing Palermo. Close to Central train station and a lot of buses to move around the city. Close to good restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Contact with the reception without any problems. Very fast, direct and easy check in and check out. Room was really clean. We do not have any problems.

We do not have any problems. But.... In our room we had to wait for a hot water a little bit longer. It is not a big problem but good to know. Also it is loud outside, but when you will close the balcony properly it is fine. It is more for information then disadvantage.

Clean and spacious room. Very close to city's main attractions. 10 min walk from train station. The double doors to the balcony helped a lot to reduce noise from the busy street.

Water temperature in the shower turned cold quickly and it took quite long for warm water to come back.

There’s a lot to like and we also had negatives. The room was very clean and cute when we arrived.The property manager was responsive and helped us with a ride to pick up our rental car. The room was centrally located and an easy walk to lots of things to see and eat. Having an elevator was a plus. Bed was ok.

Being centrally located meant lots of outside noise( I knew it would be that way) my biggest complaint was that on our 5 day stay the room was never tidied or restocked. I understand not doing it everyday but the floors got dirty ( which was hard to keep the grit out of the bed) our towels had to be used way too many times and the trash was overflowing. We had to go buy toilet paper because we ran out! Definitely should have swept our room, taken the trash, and restocked everything on the third day!

Everything was just as expected! Room was spacious and nicely furnished! Check in was also super uncomplicated. Besides this we also enjoyed very much the area and that everything was in walking distance.
