BEB a pochi minuti dal centro storico di Matera, posizionato in una zona tranquilla, proprietario reattivo e molto disponibile.

La pulizia della camera non era eccellente in quanto presentava polvere sul movimento, la salvietta dell'ospite era sgualcita e presentava anche degli strappi.
