Room was okay. Clean and basics are covered

This establishment is definitely NOT a Bed and Breakfast. First. There is no Breakfast available. Advertised at 3 EUR option. This is absolutely FALSE advertising. It's a self check in / out place wo any interaction with the host. It's shameful to state / advertise a B&B just to lure clients into booking a room. Booking LLC should due diligence and verify these hosts and their fake names and advertising techniques to say the least. The place smells like food , from some kitchen in the building, but there's no kitchen or availability to the tenants. The quality of the finishes is poor. Drapes are partially ripped, some outlets are missing, shower pan is moldy / dirty, bed has plastic sheeting under the sheets like in an assisted living / hospital facility - very uncomfortable to sleep on. I would not recommend this place !!!

Das Apartment liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel und die Altstadt ist mit dem Auto binnen weniger Minuten gut zu erreichen. Der Check-in war kontaktlos und unkompliziert und die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel.

Struttura defilata ma molto vicina ai Sassi. Pulita, accogliente, tranquilla. Consigliata.

Balkon, wyjście na dach, przestrzeń

Kamer was netjes en schoon.locatie is vrij rustig gelegen. Het is wel nog een stukje verder lopen naar de oude stad als wat in beschrijving staat. Maar het is te doen. Eigenaar was wel heel vriendelijk.

Als je verblijf omschreven staat als B en B verwacht ik ook bed en breakfast maar dat was er helaas niet bij. Alleen kon je beneden in de hal koffie maken en geen thee. Het is dat we zelf nog een paar dingen bij ons hadden dus hebben we lekker op het balkonnetje ontbeten.

Wir hatten das gelbe Zimmer, für 2 Personen groß, aber für 4 Personen nur im Notfall. Vom Balkon hat man Blick auf die Berge und kann über eine Treppe auf das Dach gehen. Genug Parkplätze vorhanden, Matera ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 3 km bis zur Zisterne)

Keine Gläser vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es kein Cafe.
