Very, very warm welcome by the owner who does only speak Italian but you get to understand him anyway. the location is perfect. The room is very clean and you feel very welcome.

The mattress is barely a mattress. It’s very very hard. no fridge and no drinking water in the room, but except that it was great for the price paid. It’s a very good deal. I would go back if I was traveling on a budget by myself.

I had a beautiful view and the furnishings were so lovely!

From the moment Antonio opened the door it was beautiful! Although we couldn’t speak Italian and Antonio couldn’t speak English it was the best kind of communication. We understood each other through our broken languages and laughed. Antonio is a beautiful host and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and taken care of. We will return every year if we could!

The property is very centrally located and very charming. The staff were very friendly and nice. I would recommend this property.

No air conditioning. However, a fan was provided that helped. No elevator, but that is to be expected in Italy. Nonetheless a very charming spot.

Everything was amazing! The location is incredible, very easy to access from the train station and it was very close to sightseeings, to the beach and restaurants, so you can go everywhere by foot. The bedroom was very clean and Mr. Antonio is very kind and receptive.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about. Only a suggestion, but I’m not sure about the possibility and the limitations on that.. it would be an air conditioner. The fan was very effective and helpful though.

The location was fantastic, couldn’t be better, super central!

We were fortunate to have a portable air conditioning unit in our room, however this was available to all rooms, so be aware in the summer without air conditioning, it is extremely hot (to the point of not being able to sleep). Unfortunately water supply was very restricted due to the current supply issues which we weren’t aware of. During our stay the water completely ran out and not everyone was able to shower one evening. The bed is very uncomfortable, which looking at the reviews most people comment on.

Hosts were great! We didn't speak a work of Italian, and they didn't speak any English but it was no issue! Breakfast was lovely, rooms are beautiful and location is great. The hosts even offered to look after out bags for a few hours after checkout as we had a late train. Would return!

Beautifully restore historical building in the center of town. Walkable to all shops and restaurants, the beaches and the train station just a short walk away. Antonio the owner and Maria were so friendly and made our stay comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved was the shower head. Some of the settings didn't work and made rinsing a bit more difficult. Everything else was lovely.
