Maison Serena Sorrento

Very good location, clean and spacious. Loved the kind gesture of having a coffee machine and espresso for the guests.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was stunning. It was such a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely return.

It was a 10 min walk from the centre up a steep hill, which we haven't quite appreciated so it was fine and didn't cause any issues save for arriving with suitcases from central Sorrento. Taxis were easily available if needed.

The location was great. Service was wonderful and very attention detailed. The host was very kind and made sure our requests were processed.

Before arrival, we received a message from the host detailing how to get in the building with pics as well as ferry and public transport timetables, which was of course useful. The host left us croissants, cupcakes and teabags in the room, which was nice and it was also replenished on our second day. There's a shared entrance which includes a sink, dishes & cutlery, and a coffee machine. The room itself is well-decorated and spacious with an electric kettle and mini fridge. The flat is on the second floor, but thankfully there's an elevator. There's a supermarket on the way going up the hill to the building.

We arrived by ferry from Capri and there's a minibus at the port that takes you to Piazza Sant'Antonino (up the cliff) and then to the train station. From Piazza Sant'Antonino it's a 19-min walk uphill to the property (a bit outside the city)! It is also the same distance from the train station to the property. A trashcan in the room would be useful and some hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.
