L'host è stato molto gentile nel permetterci di accedere alla struttura prima dell'orario di check-in. Inoltre, la struttura ha una posizione ideale.

Ambiente molto freddo fino all'orario di accensione dei termosifoni (alle 19) e anche dopo il loro spegnimento (alle 24). Ambiente molto poco curato, con macchie nei muri, TV non funzionante, frigo bar molto sporco, lampadario senza una lampadina (quindi con una luce debole) e doccia visibilmente vecchia e con muffa ai lati degli sportelli per la chiusura.
