Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento su trova in una zona frequentata da universitari, molto animata soprattutto di notte, a pochi passi dalla fermata del flixbus. Vicino ci sono locali, bar, pasticcerie, vari ristoranti e supermercati.

Vista bellissima su viale Marconi. Posizione centrale ottima, vicino la stazione, farmacia e alimentari. Stanza e bagno puliti e comodi.

La sala col tavolino potrebbe essere più curata e accogliente, anche se non necessaria per il soggiorno: già stanza e bagno sono sufficienti e ottimi!
