"Very good value for money."

Location, cleanliness and the hosts were very nice.

The common room with breakfast is just in front of the bedroom - may be tricky for a light sleeper in the morning.

"Tanto potenziale ma molto da migliorare"

Posizione centralissima, camera spaziosa. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura l’ultimo giorno, prima della partenza.

Servizi carenti, dalla pulizia allo staff che praticamente non è quasi mai presente. Una mattina, senza preavviso e senza nessuno in struttura a cui chiedere informazioni, la colazione non è stata disponibile. Mancanza del kit bagnoschiuma/shampoo. Tassa di soggiorno raddoppiata (dal mese di maggio, sicuramente non per colpa del b&b) rispetto a quanto indicato al momento della prenotazione ma mai comunicata e aggiornata dal proprietario su booking. Assistenza e comunicazione dunque molto deficitarie con lo staff.

"Great location right in the heart of it"

Amazing location, right in the heart of the city, and right on the Main Street Room was nice and big

The shower water leaked outside and made the floor wet, might need a door Be aware there’s about 6 flights of stairs if you have a suitcase

"Very nice but contact with owner could be better,"

The rooms are nice decorated, very clean and location very good. The lady who is cleaninh and making breakfast is absolutely fantastic: so warm, helping out al the time, really trying to do the best for us!

The contact with owner on air b en b was not so nice:very cold, and we received even a demand of giving 9 or 10/10 , and this was even before we had left..It s a pity and doesnt match is he rest of the stay

"Perfect stay in Palermo"

Perfect location, walking distance to train station and close to all the attractions, in a nice neighbourhood with loads of bars and restaurants. Wide and comfortable room with easy and simple breakfast in the morning. Very nice, attentive and friendly lady welcomed us on our first morning.
