Exceptionally clean and welcoming atmosphere located outside of Piazza Armerina. While in sight of SS Centrale Sicula, we enjoyed peace and quiet - the surrounding area seems to be mostly small farms. We rented the whole house (four apartments: one on ground floor, three on upper floor). The B&B was conveniently stocked with wine, beverages, water, etc to consume on a honesty-system basis, and the owner helped arrange a dinner at the house. A big buffet breakfast was set up as well.

Beautiful (but difficult to find) location and amazingly friendly staff. Large rooms, great breakfast. We brought food for our own dinner and they had wine to purchase at a very reasonable price.

Breakfast was outstanding! Giusy prepared a wonderful spread. She was utterly charming. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely bnb in a beautifully restored building, and peaceful setting, but it’s more than that. Delicious breakfast - eggs, breads, homemade jams, cheese, salami, yogurt, coffee, tea. Dinner can be ordered sometimes ( service charge) and we had delicious pizza one night. Our room “Magnolia” was spacious and comfortable with a jacuzzi bath (& shower), 2 small sofas, a table to eat at, a refrigerator, sink, eating dishes & utensils, an induction stove with 2 burners (a few cooking pots) AND a lovely private terrace with a table & chairs. There’s a barbecue that guests can use, too. Wine, home grown herbs and home made olive oil available for purchase. The grounds were beautiful, several places to sit & relax inside and out, the pool was inviting but too cold to swim in late Oct. The staff were superb - went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We even got a personal tour of the farm from the manager (we asked about the olive oil). Sicilian hospitality! Thank you Luigi, Valentina, Josie and Paolo! We can’t wait to return!!

We liked everything! A recommendation to guests is to arrive during daylight and use Google maps, because Apple Maps sent us to the wrong place the first day…there are a few signs to the bnb once you’re in the area but in the dark it’s not as easy…but we learned the way very quickly after that.

Very nice place for families, feeling of the country and agricultural side of Sicily. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.

We had the pool to ourselves, breakfast was friendly and delicious and it was authentic and comfortable. It was laid back and the staff were wonderful. A lovely spot for 3 days.

Getting there - the say nav gets it wrong. It’s a bit tricky, even when you have been there already… could just be me 🫤 when booking id ask Paulo to drop you a pin rather than rely on you own map website directions. It really is a lovely, reasonably prices place to spend time as a family and it’s easy and relaxing.
