Bed broke when arriving to the room but they quickly fix it and on the next day they replace it by a new one (bed and matress)

Camera minuscola con gabinetto e doccia in camera. Nessun servizio frigo/bollitore/macchina da caffè. Nessun modo o indicazione per aprire il portone quando sono arrivata (ho dovuto chiamare). Letto terribile.
