great location in the heart of the city! near all major sites. parking not too far away but you had to pay for parking

it is top floor lots of stairs and no elevator. for us it was fine and we packed light but could be a problem if you had big bags or if you were older or had trouble with stairs. parking was not included and parking in Siena is expensive but a discount was given.

Unrivalled views and lovely breakfast in bed . Helpful and friendly host who helped with parking.

A bits too hot

The view from the room is beautiful.

The ceiling in the bathroom was very low, you need to be careful with your head.

Comfort and cleanliness and it was close to everything. Restaurant just down the street. Wonderful location.

Didn't have elevators, but that also the charm of a 16th century building. And it reminded us we need to pack lighter.

View, rooms and location

Francesca was so welcoming and helpful, especially with checking in and out! The room interiors were stunning and extremely comfortable! The location was perfect, a nice stroll into the centre of Siena. Breakfast delivered to our room the next morning was a lovely touch and so delicious! We only stayed a night but I would love to come back and visit Siena again and will definitely return to stay here! Thank you!

The view was more amazing than expected and we liked that the host kept the rustic style of Siena while making the property feel a little more modern and fresh. We loved breakfast in bed and appreciated the parking discount code.

Clearer communication regarding no-drive ZTL zone and the location of parking would have been helpful to avoid some confusion. Other stays provided map links/diagrams.
