Everything was good, only the bed was narrow for such a big room and it was 2 single mattress instead of one big and comfortable

The location was great and the views from the room were panoramic and absolutely stunning! The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The building is very atmospheric dating from 1550. Flexible time of check in.

The hostess did not respond to multiple requests to confirm bag drop off/check in until the day before our stay. We had an early start to catch a train and asked for an earlier breakfast (7:30 am), but though we had paid for breakfast we were told there would be no breakfast—there was no offer of a voucher for use at a bakery or provision of a basic prepackaged pastry or anything….

The bedroom is gorgeous!! Location is close to everything! I was an 1.5 hrs late and the owner waited for me! So very kind and patient. Breakfast is brought right to your room! It’s a special place!

Located within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable room that was spacious and clean.

No lift bit the beauty of the property made the stairs with heavy bags worth the effort.

great location in the heart of the city! near all major sites. parking not too far away but you had to pay for parking

it is top floor lots of stairs and no elevator. for us it was fine and we packed light but could be a problem if you had big bags or if you were older or had trouble with stairs. parking was not included and parking in Siena is expensive but a discount was given.
