Brudno w łazience - pod umywalką były włosy z poprzedniego pobytu 🤢 Sama łazienka również nie jest zbyt wygodna. Nie wystawiono nam faktury, mimo że o nią prosiliśmy, bo pani zapomniała

L'ambiente suggestivo e il palazzo storico

La posizione è buona ma raggiungere la struttura risulta problematico se si hanno bagagli. Il percorso dal garage al palazzo è in salita e non agevole, appunto, con i bagagli. Si aggiungano le svariate rampe di scale che si devono affrontare trattandosi di una struttura d'epoca e quindi, chiaramente, priva di ascensore. Qualche informazione in più in merito o un servizio navetta sarebbe d'obbligo.

Excellent room, Medieval style, clean, amazing decoration in the waiting room just outside our room, very close to the Piazza del Campo. Francesca was very clear and helpfull with all the information we needed. Free parking space for our motorbike right next to the entrance of the building. We had a great time in Siena, thank you Francesca for everything! Alex, Konstantina.

We had to carry heavy luggage to the second floor, but this goes for almost all apartments in Tuscany, since they are old buildings with no lifts. We have to note that this did not make our stay any less excellent!

This is an excellent location in Siena, close to the Campo and Duomo. The room is comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Francesca is an excellent host, she makes a delicious breakfast and is very communicative. This will only elevate your experience in Siena. Best stay on this trip.
