The room was very nice but the bed a little squeaky. We also had to pay cash when checking out as owner does not take cards. Would have been good to know that upfront. Apart form that very nice.

The host Simone was really sweet and the place was excellent. With that you dont have to worry about anything. I strongly recommend this place.

Last min request to pay in cash but still the host made it convenient for the payments later on so all is still very good.

Fabulous, clean room with extremely friendly host, who wanted to help in every way possible. Being a solo traveller I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly person to want to help by giving very generous offers.

The B&B was in an excellent location, just steps away from the main beach boardwalk, where there are restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. It was beautiful. The apartment was clean and the owner was great to deal with. Very kind, friendly and provided assistance to get to our port. Very, very helpful. Quick to respond upon arrival and readily available to answer any questions. The common kitchen area was stocked with drinks, fruit etc. and her breakfast in the morning was delicious and fresh. It was a great experience and would highly recommend it.

Convenient for the port of Civitavecchia where we were embarking on a cruise the following afternoon. Also very convenient for restaurants and bars on the sea front below. Very pleasant lady hostess. The room was sufficiently spacious and cool and the bathroom was exceptionally well maintained and clean-issimo. The dining area served by our hostess was lovely with amazing wooden tables of great style. There was also a large fridge as bar in the dining area where bottles of juice and drinks could be taken, plus a list of wine bottles, all with sensible prices. Water was free of charge. The double bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient, Italian style, and again well presented and served by our hostess who was exceptionally professional and hospitable. We would recommend this B&B and return again.

The walking distance from the train station was further than expected on a hot day with luggage but this is not the fault of the accommodation, obviously. I didn't sleep well as the blinds on the window were not in operation and there was a simple thin curtain to keep midsummer light out. The lift was not working on our arrival but the technician was in attendance very soon as the building has 24/7 maintenance. Our hostess helped carry our bags up the stairs and we accept this was an unfortunate lift fault which probably doesn't normally occur. Our hostess offered us an orange drink which was most refreshing.

Seemless and great stay at this location. We were in town for one night only prior to our cruise. The host was fantastic. The location was perfect and very close to lots of restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the host or accommodation; however the location was a little far from the bus station to head to the cruise port. Just make sure you arrange for a transfer prior to staying and you will be fine.

Simona is really a nice person we enjoyed our stay very much everything is reachable by foot and we loved the breakfast.We will definitely return.

The B&B was only 5 minute walk from railway station and across the road from restaurants. Simona was a great host
