Amazing breakfast prepared fresh by owner Simona. Excellent cappuccinos or whichever coffee you would like. The location was perfect with a lovely view of the ocean and sunsets from our large balcony. The port and town were a short 10 minute walk. So many delightful restaurants so close by. We would recommend letting Simona organize transportation if coming from the airport.

Not in center of city, no permanent staff, very rudimentary, an apartment in an apartment building, very minimal, hard to open front door to apartment building, proprietress didn’t speak English

In the heart of Civitavecchia! Easy walk into town & the boardwalk. Clean and the view was magnificent! Simona was so kind and accommodating - breakfast was delicious! Just know that the room is small - it was beautiful, clean and I had no issues with the size.

There was nothing I did not like.

The host, Simona, was very nice and helpful. It was a joy speaking to her.

Check out time was a bit early but we managed.

no sitting area in kitchen,to many tables and no tv in kitchen area.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Sizable patio looking at the sea was very private and was an unexpected plus. Walk across the street and you are on long seafront walkway with lots of restaurants. Go round the block, you are at the rail station. Very convenient.

The stairs to the room was steep and small and was difficult for me with some balance problems.

it was actually a room in someones apartment. big room but not great as no aircon on when we arrived, expensive transfer from that airport, no hot water on arrival, breakfast was ok, the towels were awful. Lovely lady hosting
