"Good rooms and staff communication"

Comfortable bed and spacious room. It was nice having a communal kitchen to use as well. We didn't meet the host, but communication was good.

The virtual key system was a bit annoying, having to a click a link on your phone every time you wanted to get into the apartment. The fridge also needed a clean... There was mouldy fruit from previous guests inside.

Clean and spacious room, really nice and helpful host. The WiFi and AC worked really well. Really close (like 50-100 meters) from the train station. The view from our window was really nice (just trees), even though it's so close to the train station. Really safe (it needed 3 different codes to access the room). The bed was huge and comfortable (I think it had a memory foam mattress topper). Great value for money!

It was a bit noisy due to being close to the train station and the cafe downstairs, but it was manageable. I also suggest being very careful in the shower as the hot water can get really hot (scalding, even).

Convenient location right beside railway station. Convenient for main sights also - you just walk down Via Roma from the station . Very secure - three sets of doors with entry codes to get to your room. Well set up for self catering . Fridge, cooker etc

Nothing really. Maybe area around station not asc elegant as rest of this part of Palermo
