He is so helpful, i go there so early and he find me solution. He is very kind man and very gentle.

1. Very responsive and communicative owner. Went out of the way to help me with the wireless in his flat, also came to meet us and help us with the check in 2. Very good location very close to central bus and crntral train stations 3. Nice, large, comfortable room, beds were firm and great 4. Had a little kitchenette with kettle, cutlery, crockery etc and a nice dining area

1. The room we had was in the attic, and the entry ceiling to the bathroom was a tad low

This apartment is fantastic, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine stocked with coffee, and a convenient water cooler. Its location is close to the historical city center, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. The free parking right in front of the apartment is a significant bonus. Adil is an excellent host who ensured a smooth self-check-in process and even offered to store our luggage after we checked out. We had a wonderful stay!

Location is good - it’s near the train and bus station and waking distance to Balaro Market, Royal Palace and Duomo.

Beddings not warm enough and AC keep turning up even after I turned it off because its cold. Shower area is too small.

Apartment was very nice, clean and on perfect location. Host is very friendly and cooperative.

Great size room, good facilities, host replied promptly to any questions we had. The bath was really romantic and a different experience, bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning made the stay at perfect temperature day and night.

Had issues with hot water on one of the nights which required us to wait around 1h after the host reset the heating system. Bath was leaking water and got some of our bags wet even though they were 2m away

The location is very central right next to the bus and train terminal short walk to the old town. 

The access was a little difficult due to travelling only with Wi-Fi. . We could not get the codes to get through the electronic locks, and unfortunately one of the electronic locks failed during our stay. The owner was very helpful in getting to the room to rectify the issue, however.
