The room was well equipped (eg. minibar, electric kettle, towel, toiletries), clean and modern furnished, giving the feeling of a hotel, but hospitality gives you the feeling of a pension (or home ;) ). My room had it's window to a silent street, bed was very comfortable to have a relaxing night and waking up refreshed. The hosts are super nice, they really want their guests to have their best time and to solve any occuring problems. I've arrived significantly earlier than the official check-in, but they've managed to make it possible for me to check-in earlier. You can get any advice from the hosts regarding sights to see, good restaurants in the near and even help in organizing your upcoming programs. Having a nice welcome pack (fruits, fresh water, nuts) prepared in the room was already very kind of them, but showing me around in the near, while having great conversations, was really over my expectations, I've experienced the honest calabrian hospitality. This accommodation is in the centre, pedestrian street with shops, restaurant area, market is in walking distance, but even train station and bus stops from/to the direction of Stazione Centrale (where you can change to the airport bus) are 10 mins walk away. I truly recommend this accommodation and if I'll return once to Lamezia, for sure I'll come back to Residenze Cassoli.
